Delete your RYZN account
You can close your account at any time. When it closes, you’re signed out on every device, notifications stop, and you can’t sign in to this account again.
In the app
Open RYZN, go to Profile → Close account, and confirm with your password. If you have a membership, it’s canceled right away so you’re never charged again, and your account closes when the period you’ve paid for ends.
Without the app
Email us from the email address on your RYZN account and ask us to close it. We’ll confirm it’s you before closing it, and reply when it’s done.

What’s deleted and what’s kept
Your lesson progress, saved lessons, roadmap, score history, alerts and notification settings are deleted 90 days after your account closes.
We keep what the law requires us to keep, encrypted and protected: your payment and reporting history for 7 years, and your identity verification records for 5 years. If you sign up again later, your new account is linked to these records.
Your RYZN account stays on your credit reports as a closed account. How long it stays is set by the credit bureaus, not by RYZN.
