Write from the email address on your RYZN account so we can find it. Never email your Social Security number, date of birth or card number. We’ll never ask for them by email.

Quick answers

Change plan, update your card or cancel: in the app, on the plan card at the top of Profile.
Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?”.
Close your account: in the app, Profile → Close account, or see Delete your account.
